Eat Your Berries!

Berries are among the fruits with the highest antioxidant (example: vitamin C) content as well as a rich sources of several phytochemicals that block cancer development. Eat berries every day, don't be shy!

  1. I try to eat berries every week but they are not that cheap. I used to buy them at this grocery store by my house but they would go bad like in two days. I found that the berries from Fresh and Easy tend to last longer. A little bit pricier but so worth it.

  2. It's good to know that berries are healthy too because they are one of the delights of summer.
    There are so many different kinds of berries. My favorites are raspberries and strawberries.
    Last year I had at Yellowstone National Park for the first time Huckleberries. Really good.

  3. I love to eat berries. My favorite is strawberries. The strawberries at Costco are pretty big. Get your berries at Costco. You get a big box and it's cheaper than markets like Vons.

  4. I love to make a smoothie out of various kinds of berries. Especially blueberries which are a good source of antioxidants, leaving your skin with a younger and softer look and feel.
    Blueberries can be eaten raw, cooked with other foods, or dried for use in tea. I even have an organic blueberry body lotion which is amazing!
